The melting point is 660 ℃ for aluminum alloy A6063 and 650 ℃ for, aluminum alloy A6061.

The melting point for ABS is 90 ℃ and for PC is 160 ℃. Plastic is not fire resistant and is easy to emit the harmful virulent gas into air.

5. Environment- friendly （Recycle）

Aluminum is the most environment-friendly material that is almost 100% recyclable. Aluminum product is in process of non-toxic production and will never emit toxic material in use. Moreover, It can prolong the life span of product, so that could reduce the energy consumption. Therefore it is economical and environment-friendly.

6. European Union requests

Aluminum product could answer to the regulations of RohS and WEEE, which were issued on July 1st, 2006 by European Union.

Plastic product is totally not environment-friendly. It is not recyclable or reusable and used to content poisonous materials. Due to the difficulties, the cost of recycling is higher than it of aluminum. The using of plastic products is actually polluting our environment and finally will cause the harm to the human being.
